Problem
Where does service knowledge live?
When field knowledge sits in chats, spreadsheets, and senior technicians' heads, the same fault is researched again, time-to-fix stretches, and knowledge leaves with the person.

Past records are listed. No advice is given.
Tavdor is not a chatbot. It shows matching past records for the model and code; it does not say 'check this first'.

How it works
Every record makes the next lookup stronger.
Record, find, list. When the outcome is saved, service memory compounds.
RECORD
Category, model, code, symptom, work done, photo or video. Target: under 60 seconds.
FIND
Past records that match the model and code.
LIST
The assistant does not advise. It only lists matching records.
REVIEW
The technician reads the records and decides in the field.
RECORD
Write the resolution back to memory. If none exist, offer to save one.

Short answers on what Tavdor is — and what it is not.
No. There is no assignment, SLA, or status tracking. It is not a work-order system. The first job is to capture, find, and reuse service knowledge.
No. Tavdor does not give advice; it never says 'check this' or 'try that first'. It lists past records that match the model and code. If none exist: 'No records found for this model and code. Want to save one when you resolve it?'
Order: category → model → error code → symptom → work done → photo or video. The model list stays closed until a category is chosen. Error code and symptom are picked from lists, not typed as free text. Work done can be recorded by voice. Target: under 60 seconds per case.
No. It does not replace official manuals. It turns field experience, past cases, and team knowledge into searchable shared memory.
The first focus is laboratory and diagnostic devices: blood gas, hematology, coagulation, HbA1c, and similar families — not every medical device category.
Phone number and SMS code. The first sign-in needs internet. Company admins cannot add users; TAVDOR adds them, tied to the number. The session is stored on the device and stays valid for at least 6 months.
A technician cannot delete an uploaded record. They send a deletion request and pick a reason (wrong model, duplicate, test record, or other). The record stays in the archive until a manager decides, and the list shows 'deletion requested'; a second request cannot be sent. The manager approves or rejects; a rejection notifies the technician.
No. Institution or hospital details are never collected, and a record does not store which site the device is at. That is a deliberate privacy decision. We share infrastructure and retention details during the demo conversation.
